Banned for [LS] Stats Boosting I Appeal but no answer

I Started playing on your server by request of my Son "nouman" and "opbro"
I guide my Sons how to survive in Life Steal Server we started as a team one to Mine and make Cave and one to Get resource and One to Cook Raw Iron and Copper and Sell to Collect Money.
But Yesterday Night all of our 3 accounts was Banned!
We did not used any cheats or abuse.
Please Unbanned our accounts or If playing as team in your server is abandon do let me know
Please Note:
After No Answer of appeal for more then 30 Minute and No Reply of Online Staff Conversation for more then 18 minutes I am posting this
