Other Banned but not charged back

I did a chargeback on my transactions on this server and I got autobanned for chargeback. It's been 1 hour and I still haven't received my money back. By the way there is 1 transaction I forgot to charge back. It was 20EUR. Can you tell me which one it was so I can ask for a refund for it too?
