Help I bought a banknote that was worth $100,123 and i redeemed it and it gave me 32 mil but i cant spend it because it says not enough money.

You were most likely scammed by the player who posted it on the auction house and since scamming is allowed we can't do anything about it. Please check the amount on the banknotes before you purchase.
