Hello E Eeqzy , I would love to help you out.
The problem you are facing is an IP-conflict. It Means that the IP(Network ID) that you are using to join Jartex is banned as it was used by another person to cheat on the server. To resolve this:
1. Restart your router and join after 10 mins
If this does not work DM a Sr.Mod such as ovq to whitelist your IP
