Solved Global Bad Staff

So my Reports got denied multible times..
Even though the staff said that it is okay, if the videos are laggy.


And I send them a video of cross-teamers, and even though you can clearly see, that they are cross-teaming the staff denied the report.
And at that point I think, that literally hacking and cross-teaming is allowed.
Since when you show the staff CLEAR EVIDENCE that someone is cross-teaming, and they deny it because of bad quallity than I don´t know why they make such an big deal out of it. The staff gets mad when I, **BEG FOR HELP** in the discord because I am facing cross-teamers or hackers. They end up muting me, or telling me to go to this website and report them, and when I say that my PC is to bad to handle recording they say "As long as you can see the players name, its fine".
And that´s just Bullshit.

Here is the Video you can clearly see, I am getting teamed on, and the staff thinks otherwise because my recording is "freezing to much"..

Upon looking at the proof, I'd like to say it isn't enough to ban. Player have to either stand next to each other or doesn't hit each other. THe evidence show none of that occur.​
