Are players of the top islands able to buy or get boosted by other islands ?

So can for example top 1 buy value from top 3 or 4? Can you generally buy spawners in the last week?

This problem has problemed me a lot this time and since the skyblock dream top is ending I want to know if that is really it. We are forbidden to get boosted or buy value of other players islands in the last week (before the big payout)

If it is not allowed why is that? why people cannot buy spawners on the last week?

I didn't see anything in the rules that is againts that but its just similar to""Island Boosting" When a island boosts another island by giving them their island value or having an alt in an another island and then boosting your second island." but that doesn't count as Island Boosting because you are buying the spawners while the Island Boosting is giving them their island value.
