Suggestion Details:

There is a problem on Jartex! Since we only get 5 unban appeals on the forums, unless it's a severe punishment, even if it is false most players won't get it removed. Jartex recently implemented a new role, C console Support, which you can ping if you get banned by the console. This shows Jartex knows about the issue and is trying to fix it, although I believe this attempt will backfire.

- Console bans are only a part of the punishments that aren't worth appealing
- As already evidenced in donor chat, players will ping the role excessively for no reason (sure you can punish for this, but it won't fix the issue) and this drowns out actual players in need of support.


So here comes my suggestion, remove console support, and add a #appeals channel into discord. For minor FALSE punishments, players can come here and get staff's attention, and for more severe punishments they can be redirected to the forum appeals.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Frees up staffs time dealing with annoying pings of console support, helps players who were falsely punished​

I agree that it may cause a lot of issues having the role pingable in unneeded channels such as Donators and Main chat however users would look at this and think "Oh yeah, lets appeal for anything" and in the end, we will have people appealing for actual bans instead of them being led to the forums.
