Hey, it's not a issue on your side. Sometimes, some vote-sites block IPs from specific country to which you are unable to vote via that site. I'm not if this site is actually down or it blocked you country, but it is possible since alot of vote-sites do that to prevent botting. Alot of people have issue like this on Vote 3 & 4.
