Solved Any tips to avoid lobby lag a because of it I can't play jartex the whole day

I suggest trying to lower the amount of devices using your internet.
VPNs are useless, but ethernet does help, although as you stated you cannot do that.

You may be living in a country not very close to the host of Jartex, which is located in France, therefore, you cannot really do anything to get better ping, other than the above.
