I've already sent a Password Reset request hoping that it would fix the issue, but I still cant connect.
Is there any way my whole profile can be reset so I'm able to join

(I cant change my name back right now and don't really want to)

No, once you have registered with the Case Sensitive username, you cannot join in with the same username with different capitalization.

A workaround is using a cracked launcher and logging in with "chBya", it should work.

Otherwise you can change your premium account name back to the one with the capital B.

This error means that a user, may be yourself, previously logged on JartexNetwork as "chBya" which means that only the exact username (username is case sensitive) will be able to log onto JartexNetwork. If this is first your first time joining Jartex then you will have to use some other username cause this means that the username is already being used by someone.

If you are using a premium account, You could change your username on the Minecraft site. If you are using a cracked launcher, you may change your username to whatever you like.

If this isn't your first time joining and you have previously logged on as that username, Please change the name to exactly "chBya" and attempt to join once more.

Its not a bug or a gameplay issue as its not a problem from Jartex Side, nothings here to be reported
Also its not a password reset problem so, no need for password reset request. If that account isnt your I suggest you delete that report if you can

• To reset the password for a legacy Minecraft account (where you log in with your username) you need to select 'Forgot Password' from the Minecraft Launcher.
• To reset the password for a Mojang account (where you log in with your email address) visit the Forgot Password page. 
• To reset the password for a Microsoft account visit the  forgotten password guide from Microsoft.
