Jartex Network Should Do this;

When you go to the Brain Washer and wash you're Brains (without a Rank {Bronze, Silver, Gold}) you can get Stuff that you can't equip because you need a RANK
Please make it so that if You don't have a Rank you will only get 'Non-Ranked Items'
