So yes been trying to get my ranks back since 8 months on this server,
Yes as I aint getting any proper response, lemme show you some stuff

from the ss we can get to know that i tried my best to fix things but yes the fucking staff is real bad
and after taking 20-30mins to this staff newgen, he gave me this reply

I decided to still help you. Maybe try asking them in a polite manner?
Yes I know, It's frustrating and all but shouting(as in using caps) and cussing won't help. You're just making it harder for them.
As what Pingging said try filling out a payment issue report and be patient.
