What is the suggestion about?

Allowing Known members to use /report globally​

Description:

Known members are usually resigned staff members who have served JartexNetwork for quite some time. And have kept the server clean and are well-versed with the rules of the network. I am aware that this can be spammed but keeping in mind that there are very few known member you couldn't really expect it being spammed. They are also trusted members of the network that you can depend on for help, Answers, etc...

For Kms' who do spam it will receive the following punishments:

First Offence: 1 hour IP-Mute
Second Offence: 3 hour IP-Mute
Third Offence: 1 day IP-Mute
Fourth Offence: 3 day IP-Mute​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Catch more hackers on-the-go. Like I mentioned earlier this won't be spammed that much so staff won't have a lot of stress on them and can catch more hackers by just one command (/spec <Player>). This is also more efficient than inviting a staff member to a party and thinking they will join, But in reality they are way more buys that you think they are.​
