What is the suggestion about?

Allow Cell Upgrades​

Description:

Allow players to upgrade other people's cells through /cell upgrades.
Prison already allows for players to upgrade someone else's pmine when invited, via /pm upgrades.
However, players invited to a cell with /cell invite cannot upgrade another person's cell, only their own.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This suggestion could help foster a sense of community among players and encourage the creation of building a public cell, which currently forces players to grind crystals to get tehir cells to a respectable size. This is a deterrent for many.​

+1, Because some people with so many crystals and when they want to upgrade their friend's cell they do troublesome ways like passing the owner of the cell to the one who will upgrade, but the one who will upgrade it needs to delete/disband their cell to be owner of another cell. What if the one who will upgrade it has a farm/shop/designs that he worked hard for so he can't disband it so +1 to this suggestion
