Hello miguel703,
After reading your suggestion I've decided to downvote it (-1).
This decision's been made due to the following reasons:

• It's common knowledge that the majority of Jartex players play from Europe and Asia, so adding a new host that would be located to the literal other side of the world wouldn't really make any difference to most of us (the players) and the Server. Considering that, I don't think Jartex would like to spend effort and money on such a thing.​

• There wasn't much effort put in your application (red flag).​

I will admit, there's always at least 3 portuguese-speaking players on any given gamemode. And there's a lot of potential players in SA in general.
That said, is the server connection really that bad in Brazil? There's players from Argentina, Chile, Peru and other SA countries that I know (usually) have a good connection.
