Hey I am ItchyDanger49 ,today i am going to help you by telling you all types of bans and what to do in each situation. I have seen a lot of players asking what to do when they get banned so I will try to help you all!
So there are 2 kinds of ban
-Console Ban
-Ban by a moderator
Console ban: Console bans you automatically if you are hacking or if you are having too many CPS or if you are lagging too much. Also console can ban you if you fail the afk test. Last but not least, you can get banned by the console if you chargeback. Chargeback is when you bought something and you take back your money, which is not allowed.
Ban by a moderator: This is when you get banned by a moderator and this happened because you broke one or more of the server rules or because you used a disallowed modification. (You can find the server rules here:https://jartexnetwork.com/rules/global/ )
Now i am going to tell you what to do on each situation.
~If you are banned by the console for hacking then send a screenshot of your ban page on jartex's discord( www.jartexnetwork.com/discord ) and wait for a jrmod+ to unban you.
~If you are banned by the console for failing the afk test then you have to wait for the ban to expire since the staff team doesn't unban for failing afk test.
~If you are banned for charging back, message voodotje on discord ( voodootje0#0001 ) or appeal here:https://jartexnetwork.com/form/4/select
~If you are banned by a moderator for more than 24 hours and you want to get unbanned you can purchase an unban here:https://store.jartexnetwork.com/category/548682 or you can make a ban appeal here: https://jartexnetwork.com/form/4/select
~If you are banned by a moderator for less than 24 hours you can purchase an unban or you can wait for the ban to expire but you can't make an unban appeal.
