Solved All My Vote Crystals Vanished

I had been voting for the past 3 days for iron rank and today when I wanted to claim it , there were no voting crystals.... I was shocked ... Can someone help I really needed those crystals for iron rank

There could have been 4 possibilities

1. They had to reset / re-configure the plug-in they are using that provides the voting crystals.
2. A staff team member with permissions cleared you of your voting crystals.
3. A glitch happened between switching clients / versions / launcher
4. You change your IGN (In Game Name) and it reset you because it is a Minecraft Offline server


Contact a Moderator about this and if they don't respond, I can tell a SR Moderator about this problem through Discord.

I tried to contact a person on discord but I wasn't satisfied as they told me they can't do anything so I would require your help
