/ah Slots dont Working

I had 4 auctionhouse slots and i decide to buy 2 more slots, I Right click and i confirm and i redeemed but i wwaited some houres (48+) and the game scams me. Anyone knows how to fix ?? PLEASE REPLY ME !!
