Denied Global Addition of /friend and /skin set command

What is the suggestion about?

Addition of /friend and /skin set command​

Description:

I would love to make friends in game but many players don't have discord so even if we want to be friends we can't but if we could just add them to our friend list in-game it would be really cool.we would be able to send them mail which they can read even if they aren't online at same time and also we would be able to check if they are online or not and if yes then on which server they are on.
As about /skin command there are many players who are are cracked but like me,they don't wanna have the default Steve/Alex skin so I would really appreciate the addition of both of these commands​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This will make playing on the server more convenient​
