Adding the "suppport chat" plugin​

Description:

I've seen on some small servers there are /support command. The aim of this plugin is to allow players to request help with a simple command and to chat with admins or mods in a private chat.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Helps the community with problems they might need (hackers, information, bugs,...)​
