Adding speed upgrades to the prisoner suit​

Suggestion Details:

This season the speed has been removed from gang upgrades and i think it is right choice to do because i think high levels of speed ruins the pvp experience and makes the special sets with speed useless.
But for other activities in prison like mining and drug farming or just general mobility across the server is easier with speed.
So to keep speed out of pvp and combat we can add speed upgrades on minesuit just like money and tokens upgrade using crystals. By doing that we can keep pvp speed free while having speed out of pvp arena.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

This would be a quality of life upgrade to prison and make prison more enjoyable.​

Overall the idea isn't a bad one even if let's be honest the best solution would be for speed to be added back to /g perks but yeah, that could be great if that doesn't happen.
