Adding speed 2, featherfalling, and fixing the hit registration

Replacing the speed 1 pots in NoDebuff + Gapple, and an overhaul of the hit registration.
How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
NoDebuff and Gapple are meant to have speed 2 and not speed 1. Speed 2 PvP allows for much more strafing strategies, and simply put, every other server with a practice pvp gamemode have speed 2.
"Aggro pearling" is an integral part of NoDebuff pvp, and the fact that we don't have feather falling means that each enderpearl we throw deals us 2 hearts in damage, meaning aggro-pearling isn't a viable option. To fix this, just add feather falling 4 on all fight modes that have enderpearls.
The video in the Extra Information section will show that the hit registration needs a fix. Halfway through the video (~1:30) the hits stopped registering for my opponent. I have never seen this happen in any other gamemode on Jartex. This is quite ironic, as I would expect the practice pvp gamemode to have the BEST hit registration. Apologies for the negativity, but this needs to be fixed
