Adding observer​

Description:

I'd like u to add observer because many redstone things needs observer (eg automatic sugar canes farm)​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This could help many playing who wants to make redstone things and needs observer,they could just buy it and make the redstone thing they want!​

Extra Information:

This could be added in skyblock fantasy too​
