Adding mailing system​

Description:

Add like we can send mail to our friends whethere they are offline or online start with like doing /mail <friend> then a book opens what u want to write and then clik ok and mail send to open mails like /mail open\​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This has already been implemented. You can use the command /mail (username) (message) to mail other players even when they're offline. It does not work in the main lobby, you will have to join a game mode in order for it to work.
(It has been a while since I last used /mail, please do check if it works. Edit: Works!)
