Adding "Eternal Factions" and "Immortal Factions" Option in forum reports​

Description:

Add Immortal and Eternal Factions Option, also Remove "Factions" option too.There is no need to explain​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Would be useful if someone broke a rule there ​
