What is the suggestion about?

Adding /chatcolor for ranks​

Description:

So as we all know in practice pvp,ranks can use /chatcolor to use a variety of colors for chat.
But what about it when Minigames ranks(Iron,Gold,Diamond) can use it?
U can unlock it just like level colors.It would be so cool.
For example ,red color for lvl 10
Blue color for lvl 20
Gold color for lvl 30....e.t.c.
These are just examples staff can add more.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
