Add some blocks in /shop for Prison​

Suggestion Details:

I feel that Prison is really lacking in some decorative blocks. This is not a big deal if you do not build, but for cell builders it can be frustrating just trying to handpick certain blocks to substitute others.

Now, although I know that there are some compatibility issues with certain blocks, there are also certain blocks that can be added, but are not in the game yet, for example flower pots (those would be real nice) and item frames (at the moment there is no way to craft them).

Also, as mentioned in (a lot of) posts before, certain entities such as armor stands and minecarts do not work and will despawn when placed. I suggest that, instead of totally disallowing them, they should be restricted to a certain number of them able to be placed in a cell.

A list of items/blocks needed:

- Flower Pots
- Jack o Lanterns
- Item Frames
- Anvils (without functionality)
- Lava Buckets (for lava)
- Obsidian
- Mycelium
- Activator Rails
- Detector Rails
- Lily Pads
- Pumpkin Blocks (uncarved)
- Armor stands and minecarts (see above for details)
- Mob Heads (e.g. player head, wither skeleton skull, etc.)
- Music discs (suggested many times!)
- Furnaces (without functionality)
- Enchanting tables (without functionality)​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

- Provide Builders with more variety of blocks to use when building

- Give functionality to certain blocks

- Improving General quality of life (as stated, limiting the number of block entities placeable in a cell could help reduce lag)​
