ADD RISK DUELS IN FACTIONS

Risk duels are almost needed in every pvp server but esspecially in this server it needs to be done since its also been asked by almost every player imaginable on the pvp side of factions
How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
THE PEOPLE WANT IT AND IT WILL MAKE PVP MORE FUN
