Add pickaxes and axes to BuildUHC​

Description:

We all know there are some people who camp on BuildUHC and everyone knows how annoying it is. Even tho it's not allowed some people to get away with it. So a simple solution to it is to add pickaxes and axes. If a camper uses cobblestone it would take very long time to mine it and get up so most people will go through the side but those campers can bow spam or rod spam which makes it impossible to get close to them. So if the staff team adds picks and axes we can mine the blocks quickly under them and they will fell. This will decrease campers by a lot.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It can improve jartex network by reducing annoying campers.​
