Add Offline Mail Option.

Hello There!
I am here to give a suggestion that Jartex should add offline email option. Like if a player is offline, his friend can send him an offline mail. And when the player to whom the mail is send, come online he gets a message indicating that he has received a mail. He can read that mail. This would be because people would able to send offline messages which help players a lot.
