Add miner fatigue and blindness levels​

Description:

If jartex add a miner fatigue levels it will better becoz in minerfatigue level -1 normal time level 2 - 6.2s lvl-3 8 s lvl -4 10 s same for blindness and for miner fa.miner fatigue lvl-1 2diamonds
Lvl-2 3diamonds
Lvl-3 1 emerald
Lvl-4 2 emeralds and also in solo and doubles add only till lvl 3 in quad add 4 lvl​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will be helpfull in quadraples if there is an tight fight​
