Add Hacker report, and Friend add/remove system.​

Description:

So.. Please add Hacker reporting system (in game), and Friend Add/Remove system.. (in game too)

"/hacker (player name) (hacks)" like this..

and "/friend add (player)"
and "/friend remove (player)"

i really hope this come in game ​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Less hackers, and you can find what lobby or game your friends are in.

The hacker report is really useful in this server.
