add /f alts​

Description:

The alts shouldnt take space for the faction size because if a faction sees the size of the faction in the announcement they know that its a 35 man and alts take space of the roster which is really annoying because you cant have everyone online from ur fac because of the alts​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
