Add cooldowns for other /afk and /pay command types to prevent spamming​

Suggestion Details:

Even though /afk and /pay has a cooldown to prevent players from using it to spam, this is not the case for it's other commands that do the same thing, such as /eafk, /away, /eaway and /epay. Hence, the cooldown should be added for these commands too.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Just a thing to prevent players from abusing their perms, keeps the chat a bit cleaner in case someone decides to abuse this feature​

Extra Information:

I dont know whether to submit this as a bug report or as a suggestion, but since a certain dev said that the dev team will not look at creative bug reports in discord i'll just post this here. Also for gold LOL.​

+1, I'm also agree with this as main creative there many issue that ranked player spam /afk due to there boring or something , but I'm agree with it as main creative
