Add Chat Trolling in Chat Reports​

Description:

Chat Trolling was Punishable since a couple of months ago, still didnt added on chat reports,
why dont we just add that in Chat Reports​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This way people will be able to report rule breakers for Chat Trolling​
