Add a /report command.
Description:
This will be a very good addition and I've seen many players request it.
Basically, a player does /report then it shows the player what he will report
let's say he has to choose between 'Player' or 'Staff' or 'Hack's' or 'Chat' (Chat meaning he
will report someone who broke the rule in chat)
and if they choose let's say "Hack's" they will need to answer a couple of things like:
Player name, the hack he saw, and then his discord (for proof).
After the player sends the report the staff online will get alerted in chat like:
" {Player who reported} reported {Player who got reported} for {reason} ( Players Discord: Example#1010 )"
and to if there are trolls there should be a cooldown for about 10 - 30 minutes and the punishment they receive should be a mute or something.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
-It becomes easier to spot hackers.
-Players can easily report hackers.
-Faster way to report hackers instead of going to the website and maybe they don't have a forums account
and the guy gets banned because another guy reported it to the website faster than him, so if Jartex had
/report he could've get the hacker banned.

I'm trying to be part of the community and try to apply to staff, I hope other's don't see this as a problem
