U can't. U can link discord to ingame and then u can link discord to forum

For more info about it :
First go in-game and do /linkaccount , it will give you a token (a very long sequence) , copy it and open your discord then go to #/linkaccount channel and do .linkaccount (token) , in this way you will have linked it
