hey good day i have been playing on this server for a long while now and i stopped for a while due to exams and now when im trying to log in im not able to due to an account verification can someone please help me out.

Hello seem,

When you try to log in it shows the message because you were a donator and Jartex implemented to make your account safer, whoever has not logged in a long time, their accounts will be closed to prevent people from breaking into your account, this is not your fault and you should not be worried at all. To fix this, and go back on Jartex, submit a payment issue over HERE. After you submit your payment issue, you need to be patient while a Sr.Mod or higher looks at it and chooses to accept/deny the payment issue form, make sure to write as much as you can so they know you're the owner of the account.
