Solved Account password

Hi, I recently tried to join jartex on my account "Nifay". I have never tried to log on to the server before and this was my first time on the account. I was asked to type a password which I never set. I asked for a password reset here on the forums but it was denied because my IP isn't the same as the one that registered the account... My account has only ever been owned by me and I have never had a name change and nobody has ever had the name "Nifay" before me as you can see here https://namemc.com/search?q=Nifay . I think it's unfair that I have to ruin my account with a name change just to be able to play on the server. I would like to know if there is any way I can use my account without changing the name or getting a second account. I hope staff can understand this situation and many other people are having the same problem as me as I have seen on the forums. I think the account password and stats should be wiped so the original owners of their accounts can use them and set their own passwords to use the account that they rightfully own. Any help is appreciated thanks

Unfortunately, You can not do anything about this. All you can do is change your premium username or use a cracked account to play on JartexNetwork

Why would I need to change my account name just to play on the server? It's not fair since I actually paid for my name... I just want to play on the server with my account and it's impossible??

A cracked player with same name as you must have registered with name `Nifay`. So you gotta change name buddy.

partially because jartex doesn't save ur uuid it saves ur username that's why we have those messages in chat saying that we don't support username changes so u can either change ur current mc acc name to ur cracked name OR play using ur old cracked acc

Although keep in mind changing name wouldn't guarantee your account will return because whatever i said maybe correct may be wrong so i would suggest you talk to staff regarding this

yea you are right but you know most of the cracked player use tlauncher so if they just change the name they can play with another account ig.
i did that and mine worked so i would suggest that only

Wow, this is really disappointing. I'll just buy another account I guess. Someone informed me that you can check if a name is registered by searching for them here https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/ . Thanks for the help guys :/
