Hello, this is my first time playing on the server. I tried to join on my premium account "mgz" but it says it has already been registered? Would love some assistance and can show proof that "mgz" is my premium account. Thank you.

Which is why i'm trying to contact staff, they use a plugin that can reset passwords / wipe data, im not new to minecraft..

Which we do not, since the server is cracked based and not premium. Once the IGN is registered, it cannot be unregistered even if you were to own the premium account under that username.
