Absolute buffoonery

I appealed to use VPN as i play in cyber cafe and sometimes it has VPN but the staff replies that i am denied to use it as i am BANNED for x-raying, when i didn't get any info, i didn't use it and there is not my name in punishment tab where all banned people are recorded, I'm absolutely shocked by the staff and server's disregard to there players
