About voting

So if I vote on the first of a month but because of timezone differences it's still last month for the place where jartex servers are situated (france I suppose?) it won't count for my votes?? Or what can someone explain plss
Bcus when I'm going into the voting site , it says the top voter has 7 votes but I'm pretty sure people have voted for 1st and 2nd Jan and I too voted for both days so that's 14 votes but it's not updated so like does it update at a specific time each day or something?
And how is the top voter decided?? 15 mins ago it said me now it says someone else ;-;

the time resets on the voting servers, not jartex. which means jartex can be in france while the voting websites can be in australia or somat like that and based on where other people can live they can vote earlier based on the websites

It would be nice to know the sweet spot for each voting site as compared to jartex servers as to maximize the votes that are counted both on the voting sites and on jartex.

All the voting links except 2nd link have a specific reset time of after votetop reset if u vote before that time and after that time ull get extra votes for once, but there is a problem which occurs with me that whenever I try to vote after links reset my votes aren't even counted but right after that when other people vote their vote is counted. I have been facing this problem for 5 months each month trying to get atleast 7th but because of this bug I can't get there, I've told staffs several times and also devs but there was no help, I'm still hoping that sometime (don't know which month) I'll get those votes.
