i have 136 vote but when i claim currency show me i have only 36 votes

Last months vote arent counted so if you including them don't.
They are reseted every month !!
Also its not possible to have 136 votes on 8th of a month, max you can do is in 70s

The last month votes won't get counted , it will reset every month, so before the month ends use the votes!!
