Is there any way to save ur process when Skyblock reset? I lost my island and my balance of 10M$ so I'm pretty furious.

No that's why its called reset. everything you had its gone you have to start a new one again

No, you can't keep your items after the reset, after the reset every player starts a new island with everything reset.
