What is the suggestion about?

A different type of YT/Twitch Rank, and/or ranks for popular players.​

Description:

Maybe make ranks like "Rising" or "Famous".
Requirements for the "Rising" Ran would be 500 subs and average 50 views a video. Must make at least 1 JartexNetwork Video a week.

Requirements for "Famous". To receive "Famous" Rank, you would make an application, and the mods or admins can put up a pool, asking if they know the player.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It can help Jartex by gaining more publicity, say a channel gets a decent amount of views, but not enough subs.​
