What is your suggestion's title?
31 days ban

Suggestion Details:
Remove or Adjust 31-Day Bans
Currently, players who break certain rules on JartexNetwork receive a **31-day ban**. While rules are important and punishments are necessary, a full month ban feels too extreme for a Minecraft server. A month-long punishment can feel like torture to players who just want to enjoy the game. Instead of teaching players a lesson, it risks pushing them away permanently.
Most players either
Lose interest in the server during the 31 days
Quit entirely and move on to other servers
Try to evade their ban, which creates more issues for staff
A more balanced approach would be to replace 31-day bans with shorter punishments, such as 7–14 days, which are still serious but not so long that players give up on the server.
Players Will Evade Instead of Waiting
31 days is far too long for most players to wait. When faced with such a punishment, many players will look for ways to bypass their ban instead of waiting patiently. This not only increases staff workload but also creates loopholes for cheaters and repeat offenders. By shortening ban times, the server reduces the motivation for ban evasion, making moderation smoother and more effective.
I have seen alot of players who evaded there 31 days ban some are still evading without getting caught and for some there ban time is also over they played with alt everyday when there main accounts were banned. and ik alot of players who are now using hacks and also evading ban.
How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
Higher Player Retention Players will be more likely to return after a shorter ban instead of quitting forever.
Less Ban Evasion With shorter punishments, players won’t feel the need to risk evading bans.
Healthier Community Instead of discouraging players, shorter bans give them a fair second chance to learn from mistakes.
More Fun & Active Server By avoiding long-term player loss, Jartex can keep its community more active and thriving.
Overall, adjusting the 31-day ban system will benefit both the server and the players creating a fairer and more enjoyable environment.
