What is the suggestion about?

250+ ping should be banned from ranked​

Description:

I just fought someone with 400 ping in ranked sumo, no debuff, and buhc. He was getting 6 block hits and took kb 3 seconds after I hit him. How am I supposed to compete with that? The only reason I won the no debuff is that I kept on pearling into him he went to heal so I got free healing from his pots. Having 400 ping is just as bad as using a hacked client with 6 block reach.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

People can get elo without losing it to these 400 pingers.​
