Making a separated channel in discord for people who have been banned by console​

Description:

There are tons of people asking everyday for a unban because it was "false" , and my idea is making a separated text channel in discord for people to make requests about false bans and also it will have a description in the main channel like how to take ss , what is a full ss (some people don't understand... even and how to take ss's..)​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will be just faster and much better because the assistance_chat is a channel for a real support not for people who can be actually hacking.​
