@_Vault_Tec maybe as an alternative, you could have TNT wands as a drop from god / ultra crates? That way big factions (only factions who really need the wands) could get them, and save them for certain important raids. The TNT wands won from god crates would have 350 uses (1.2m tnt) , and the... -
