Why I personally believe this server is bad. (Issues Found) [EDITIED TWICE]
Try not to play on 1.13.2, nothing worked for us until we hit 1.12.0. The helpers said the sever is meant for 1.8 so, anything up from that. Try restarting your game too.- mediqation
